"Drone" flying down George street area this afternoon just before 3pm.
Afternoon all, There has been a "drone" DJI type which just flew down the houses in the George street area. Stopping roughly over the skatepark. Then judging by the flight path got disorientated and needed to hit the return to home button to get back. If this was you please contact me. You are clearly unaware of the CAA rules regarding the flying of these devices as you broke a few key ones. Flying over peoples property without permission, flying out of line of sight are the two key one. You are not in trouble but I would love to have chat and help you understand these rules and become a responsible flyer before you get us responsible users of these devices into trouble. That being said if anyone else has one and would like help flying responsibly please don't hesitate contacting me. I am more than willing to help people get into the flying hobby safely and responsibly.
