The Heart Foundation is bringing free blood pressure checks to the Christchurch Methodist Mission’s Blenheim headquarters on Scott St during its Hauora Day on Thursday, May 29. Data shows about 350,000 Kiwis have high blood pressure but are not aware of it. It's the single biggest risk factor for New Zealand’s biggest killer, heart disease.
