Authorities fear a Marsden Point site where about a million litres of toxic chemicals are stored could cause a "catastrophic" explosion or fire, with the potential to damage New Zealand's fuel pipeline. The site is to be urgently cleared of all hazardous substances but that may not be easy with many in unnamed and leaky containers. What do you think about the site and who should clean it up?
