Local couple looking for temporary property to rent from 1 September while looking for a house to buy in Otaki area. Property would need to be fully fenced as they have 2 well behaved (outside) golden retrievers. If no fence on property and you would like one, couple able/willing to build one or do other odd jobs/improvements on property with rent possibly negotiated.
