Amnesty says prisoners' human rights must be respected
Amnesty International has called For Govt. transparency on the treatment of prisoners.
‘Human rights are at risk,' it says, calling for transparency from Corrections Minister Kelvin Davis on what is happening in prisons during COVID-19, particularly on lockdown hours in cells.
