Call for water take review
Regional councillor Paul Swain has called for a consent to take nearly 180 million litres of water of Upper Hutt Groundwater to be reviewed. The Greater Wellington Regional Council understands the consent holder intends to bottle the water.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
