My day
Yesterday was my special day, and I tried to be happy, but life had different plans.
I had an accident, my only car was damaged, I have no job, and I feel alone.
Usually, I try to stay positive, but life hit me harder this time and blocked all opportunities. Still, I’m hoping things will get better, and I’ll make sure to smile and find little moments of happiness.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if it’s approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
