UNDERPASS & NZTA 10 DAY TRIAL
At first i thought this must be a hoax!! From Thurs 6am to 10am traffic coming from Te Maunga will have to go on to the smaller WBay roundabout, then head into W/bay Rd & round under the new underpass?? $45m dollars & NZTA couldnt work out traffic flows??
Really? We have finally had some big benefits & now they could be compromised, Beggars belief aye.
