My Nice Neighbour nomination
I would like to nominate our wonderful neighbour, Sharon Johnson who is the most fantastic help to my disabled husband and myself. Sharon comes out on a Tuesday with us and helps me get the groceries, unloading the car and bringing them up to the house. As we have a steep driveway and I am semi disabled with bad knees, Sharon collects the mail and brings it up to us plus any newspapers etc. Not only does Sharon work full time as a health care worker, she always has time over and above to help my disabled husband getting in and out of our car whenever we have to go to appointments. Sharon is only what we can call a Godsend and without her assistance, our life would be so different! She allows us some normality in what is now a very abnormal life!

Good Warm Home Loan ANZBank
Just advising that anyone who is renovating should apply first this loan - even if they don’t need it. With the escalating costs AND hidden problems that you may come across you can go well over your budget and find this 1% interest loan useful. It is for 3 years and specifically targets items like double glazing
You don’t see this Ioan on the front page of there website and have to read carefully terms ad conditions.
If anyone has had success in getting their loan halfway through their renovation I would love to hear from you
