Proposed change to rubbish collection

Elly from Welcome Bay

I received an enquiry last night from a friend who had been talking to an elderly woman who is renting a property. She was unsure as to who would be paying for the new bins. As Council are putting these costs on our rates I assume the landlord is responsible. On saying this, does this mean that rents will now rise in an already over priced rental market? Given that we received a $340 rates rebate in 2019 and a miserable $50 in 2020 this Council is indeed making the people of Tauranga pay for their fiscal mistakes!! We have it on good authority that this decision re the rebates was the Council's decision!!! Trust the new Commission taking over the Council will indeed look into every detail!

Possessions sold as one lot

Teresa from Greerton - Parkvale

Morning everyone 😊

I am wanting to sell our mother's possessions as one lot and not individually; ive heard there are people who do this. .
Does anyone know of someone or where I might start?
