New refuse/rubbish pick up
The council's new contract for rubbish collection does not work well for me. Information please: Am I the only one who feels this way? Were ratepayers consulted? Is there anything citizens can do about it? What is the reasoning behind the change? Is it a fair concern to worry that the charges will increase, once all the competition is gone? I don't understand what happened and why.
