Just advising that anyone who is renovating should apply first this loan - even if they don’t need it. With the escalating costs AND hidden problems that you may come across you can go well over your budget and find this 1% interest loan useful. You don’t see this Ioan on the front page of there website and have to read carefully terms ad conditions.
