I was scheduled for a procedure at Grace Hospital today. A medical pack was couriered to me from Tauranga DHB dated 1st Dec and delivered by DX mail TODAY. 15th... and it had been opened. Too late, my surgery date has been postponed till next year. This is ridiculous, 14 days for a parcel to come from Cameron Road?????The health system and mail systems in this country leave a lot to be desired
