Sunday Lunch- Princes' Gate Hotel, Rotorua
As usual, we really enjoyed our Christmas Sunday Lunch at Princes' Gate Hotel in Rotorua, last weekend. Great food & the usual great service. Was hard to choose between the Manuka-smoked Champagne Ham glazed with maple & rum or the Apricot, Cranberry & Rosemary-stuffed sous-vide Turkey Breast. So nice to have Christmas pudding with custard again. The scales are groaning a bit this week!
