Flatemate/Boarder Ohauiti
We have a room available in our 3 bedroom home for one person rent/board fully furnished from the 12th December 2017 to the 20th January 2018, Our Home is not a party house, no pets, non smokers and no drugs.
Situated in Ohauiti, Tauranga, bus stop on the corner 10 minutes to Tauranga city and the Crossing and Bayfair and to the Beach by car.
I am putting it out there as may be people/someone is coming to see friends or family over the Xmas period and may need a place to stay.
Rent negotiable - this is now short term only.
