Philippine transit visa
Are these required for NZ passport holders when changing to onward flights in Manila? Looks like we are visa exempt if going into the country but not quite so sure if same applies to just transiting. Using Google and ringing the Embassy are very difficult to understand. Travel Agent wouldn't give answer as I didn't book through them. Please only answer the question if you are 100% sure what the answer is.
