I have a lovely sized room for a single, working, female to rent at the Lakes.
Nice and sunny, and next to the shared bathroom.
You would be sharing a house with myself and my two children, aged 8 and 5. I work and the children are at school.
Am looking for $200 a week, this is inclusive of the room, power, water, unlimited wifi, netflix and an off street park.
