Blatant vandalism

Bellevue Laundromat

Do you recognise these boys? They purposely damaged the flooring at the laundromat on Saturday evening, with an electric scooter. I have also put video footage on Facebook.

What is you body reflecting back at you?

Lynne from Cherrybarn Bowen

So here's a question.
What stories is your mind telling you or replaying?
very time you notice.

That ache again
The tight jaw
Your energy dropping
The scratchy throat....

Is there a pattern?

If there is then next time do the opposite to what you brain is feeling.
Stretch.
Relax the jaw and smile.
Stand up and move, get outside and walk, jump up and down if it feels right.
Do something you enjoy.

It's the old saying "mind over matter"
