Rental Property Wanted!

Melody from Bethlehem

Are you a landlord with a 3-4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, double garage rental property in Bethlehem, Matua, Otumoetai or The Lakes looking for long term tenants that will respect and look after your property as though it was their own??

We are a working couple currently living in our Bethlehem rental property of 6.5yrs which sadly due to our landlords family member needing to move in needs to be vacated. We are looking for a private rental that has been purchased as a long term investment that is unlikely to be put on the market anytime soon. We were in our previous rental property for 7yrs and the one prior to that for 3.5yrs, only moving out due to the sale of both properties.

If you are landlord that is willing to charge reasonable rent for long term no hassle tenants that pay their rent on time and will guarantee peace of mind that your investment is being looked after, please contact us. We have excellent references.

If you are not a landlord but know someone who is we would really appreciate you passing this on! TIA

Please contact Melody 0212636337 or Paul 0212123814

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝

The Team from Neighbourly.co.nz

In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

We want to know: Are we really allergic to showing our excitement?

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
