Hello! I’m a mature, working woman—quiet, reliable, and respectful—looking to rent a one-bedroom cottage in a peaceful rural area around Tauranga. I’d love to settle somewhere long-term with my gentle and well-behaved cat.
Preferred Areas: Pillians Point Te Puna, Minden, Bethlehem, Pahoia,Whakamarama, Omanawa, or along the old highway.

Warm and insulated
A stove (doesn’t have to be full size—just something with elements and an oven big enough to bake bread; not just a microwave, please)
Space for my fridge and washing machine
Separate lounge and bedroom
A little area for a garden

Surely whoever does this has no conscience. The Sallies do an amazing job of helping people in times of need and they don't need to be spending any money they receive on doing your dirty work, especially at this time of year.
