A Fathers Day Gift

Mavis from Papamoa Beach

A subscription or a Gift voucher to the Tauranga SeniorNet Club Inc. will encourage and enable Fathers, sons or brothers to confidently use their phone, Smart TV or other computer-based communication devices.

Members have the choice for an additional small fee of attending a structured course with a volunteer Lead Coach and other assisting coaches who will guide and support individual students. When possible, the club aims to have a support coach with every student. Workshops and members only club days are also held for the various devices.

You will find more information about the club, which is a Registered Charity and run by volunteers who encourage Seniors while having fun in the use of modern technology in their everyday lives.

Check out the clubs up to date website which includes how to join, all fees, course program, how to contact the club plus where and how to purchase a Gift Voucher. Online banking is available.

Shame on You!

Lisa from Otumoetai

This is what greeted workers at Brookfield Sallies yesterday morning. All of it looks like it should have gone straight to the tip, which is what the Sallies will now have to pay to do. Surely whoever does this has no conscience. The Sallies do an amazing job of helping people in times of need and they don't need to be spending any money they receive on doing your dirty work, especially at this time of year.
