After being finalists for 4 years running, last night we were awarded outright WINNER of the coveted EXCELLENCE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE DELIVERY Category - Auckland Central.

We were up against some tough competition which makes the win even more special.

Good Warm Home Loan ANZBank

Just advising that anyone who is renovating should apply first this loan - even if they don’t need it. With the escalating costs AND hidden problems that you may come across you can go well over your budget and find this 1% interest loan useful. It is for 3 years and specifically targets items like double glazing

You don’t see this Ioan on the front page of there website and have to read carefully terms ad conditions.

If anyone has had success in getting their loan halfway through their renovation I would love to hear from you
