New Exciting Southern Rail Journey Tour Launched!
Hi neighbours, we are excited to bring you a new tour for September 2018. 9 Days & 8 nights, pickup from Tauranga, Flights to Christchurch, then board the luxury Silverfern passenger train. We will be travelling by rail from Christchurch through to Invercargill, with numerous day excursions included. Multi Level Housing Popping Up In Our Neighbourhood
You'll have seen masses of multi storey developments in the neighbourhood - all part of Plan Change 33. Developers can build 3-level housing virtually anywhere. There's about 20 Blocks being constructed in our Patch with masses of property already sold and waiting for processes to complete before construction begins. The rules are listed on Council Website. It sure is controversial.
