Training together, you'll gain fitness, coordination, focus and confidence!
We practice sparring, self-defence and patterns and partake in competitions. Trainings include a mix of cardio, strength, coordination and stretching.

We're a small, not-for-profit club run by volunteer instructors and a committee and we train in a friendly family atmosphere, kids and grown-ups together. Fees are NZD 80.00 per term/person with reduction for 3 and more members from the same family.
