Trespassing in Taupō

The Team from Bay of Plenty & Taupo Police

Over the weekend, Police received multiple reports from members of the public about a male unlawfully entering properties in the central Taupō area.

This individual has since been identified and Police have spoken with him. He has been referred to Youth Aid.
We would like to extend our appreciation to members of the community who have provided Police information, leading to the identification of the male.

We would still like to hear from any other individuals who may have witnessed a male unlawfully on their property over the weekend, especially in the Hilltop area.

If you haven’t already made a report, please contact Police on 105, either on the phone or online, referencing file number 250407/4673.
