Midday Concert Series 10 May

The next midday concert is at St Andrew's on Friday 10 May from 12-1pm. It will be a two-part concert starting with the brass and wind ensemble 'Blended' followed by the Taupล Strings Orchestra. It's $5 to enter. Bring a friend and see you there. Everyone is welcome.

The Environmental Protection Authority announced this week that a proposed mine in Central Otago (near Cromwell) is about to enter its fast-track assessment process. A final decision could come within six months, and if itโs approved, construction might start as early as mid-2026.
