A Taupō family battling the NZTA about removing trees overshadowing their property are selling the farm because they won’t live in a dangerous home.
In June, the Waikato Times visited the Blank family at their property on State Highway 5 near Wairakei after they said they were too frightened to live in their own home after trees smashed through its roof during Cyclone Gabrielle.
