The Pink Walk Taupō Postponed for 2021

Pink Walk

With the uncertainties around COVID levels at the moment and what restrictions mean for different events, This is ME have made the decision to postpone the Pink Walk for 2021. We are working to find another date in the new year so that everyone gets the chance to experience the amazing event that was planned for such a worthy cause.

You can still contribute to our fundraising page for the Breast Cancer Foundation NZ by using the link to donate.

A huge thank you from us to those involved in organising the walk, as well as the sponsors and vendors.

We can't wait to see you all next year to bring the laughter, fun and pink to Taupō in support of those who need it most.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
