Changes to kerbside collections this Christmas

This year Christmas falls on a Tuesday, which means our collection schedule is affected. For the week of December 24-28, below ​shows what day your rubbish and recycling will be collected. Rubbish and recycling collection days remain as normal for January 1 and 2.

USUAL COLLECTION DAY: WILL BE COLLECTED ON:
Monday 24 December Monday 24 December (As normal)
Tuesday 25 December Wednesday 26 December
Wednesday 26 December Thursday 27 December
Thursday 27 December Friday 28 December
Friday 28 December Friday 28 December (As normal

​Ohakune, Rangataua and Raetihi
Collection every Monday as per normal.

Waiouru
The 25th Collection will be on the 22nd and the 1st of Jan will be on the 29th Dec.​

Taumarunui, Piriaka, Mahoe and Kakahi
Collection will be on Friday the 28 December and Friday the 4 January over the Christmas/New Year period. Will revert back to every Thursday as per normal after this.​
