We're on the move!

Darren Petry from Taupō District Council

Taupo District Council's Taupo customer service centre is on the move and we'll be in our brand new home this coming Monday.

From next week, you'll be able to find us at 46 Horomatangi Street, right next to the NZ PostShop.

While our physical address is changing, our phone numbers will stay the same, as will all the services our community expects. You'll still be able to pay your rates, pick up a recycle bin, discuss your dog's registration details and talk to members of our team about anything else between 8am and 5pm, Monday to Friday. Our Taupo customer service centre can still be contacted on 0800 ASK TDC (0800 275 832) or 07 376 0899, and this is a 24/7 service.

In order to efficiently move our team from our existing Lake Terrace office to their new home on Horomatangi Street, we'll be closing at 4pm today (Friday, 25 August) and will open at the slightly later time of 9am on Monday, 28 August.

We look forward to seeing you in our exciting new customer service centre from Monday.
