As part of Stuff's upcoming coverage of the 10th anniversary of the quake, we want to hear your memories of the day life changed dramatically for so many.

RE: Yoga classes

Marina from Injoy Yoga and Therapy

This week is the last week of term 3 Yoga classes at Rangiora Hospital.
I will continue with the 6:30 Wednesday Hatha/mixed classes through the term break. Pregnant women welcome. Monday classes will start again on the 19th as I have taken on some relief work at a mountain resort.
