You don't need a lawyer's appointment! Use our automated online interview (about 15-20 minutes), then confirm you want to proceed, send us a copy of the signed will, and we will edit and send you the documents ready for you to sign and send to the High Court. This is for executors to apply for probate of a will after someone has died. We currently charge $400 (next year $460), and you pay the High Court fee direct ($200).
