Do you like pitching your skills against the Governess on Chase, or the other quizmasters? Come and join a friendly quiz night at the Christchurch Casino on Sunday 16 September, 6.30pm for 7pm sharp start. The Zonta Club of Waimakariri is joining with another Christchurch Zonta Club to raise much needed funds for the Canterbury Zonta Tertiary Education Trust, which provides scholarships for women returning to the workforce. The original monies were raised for the Trust by the first Celebrity Debates held in Christchurch at the Town Hall many years ago, and these now need topping up. Christmas Spirit
Went to New World Christmas Eve brought some groceries and as I went to pay a
very kind Lady behind me in the queue reached out and paid for my purchase.
