Ruth from Blenheim

REMINDER AND A WARNING!
Time to be getting ready for summer ☀️

Optimal defence...Sundays SPF 50+
Set includes: Family size 400ml pump, After Sun care and a FREE bag. $39.90.
Non greasy, lightweight and easy to use, you won’t have the sand sticking to you!
This ser also makes a great Christmas gift 🤗
Nutrimetics sunblock has a great reputation for working.
it is tested in Australia and is SPF50+.
And here’s the “WARNING”
Sadly NZ do not test sunblocks and this is where and why people can get burnt. Unless it has an (AUST, a small stamp with numbers somewhere on the bottle) it could be any rating eg, if it says SPF30+ or SPF50+ and it’s not tested or have the AUST stamp on it may only be a SPF15 !!
A lot of people don’t know about the AUST stamp and my ‘mission’ is to make sure that families are protecting their kids 👨‍👩‍👧‍👦

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
