Hi, living in egmont road and was advised that the vacant block on Waititi has potential to be a housing commission development, which concerns me greatly, when you review what’s is happening on Malfroy road site and our lost golden mile Fenton street, I believe there is a meeting scheduled Thursday week at the community hall in the village to discuss other developments in this area, I will be attending and hope to see others who are concerned about this..
