Plaque Remover
Tea Tree Essential Oil - 4 drops
Xylitol (natural sugar alternative) 1 tsp
Coconut Oil - 3 Tbsp
Gently heat oil and mix together.
What this does: Breaks up plaque membrane, Anti-microbial and anti-bacterial. For use: 1 tsp of this mix held in mouth for 10 mins, spit out, and rinse well.
For those familiar with oil pulling this would also double for this type of detox therapy.
