Here's a few highlights:
- We celebrated 317 new volunteer seekers registering with us, 244 volunteer applications, adding 29 new volunteering opportunities, facilitating five networking meetings and five professional development workshops, and connecting with 22 new community organisations.
- Our Chairperson, Beth Barnes, wrote "This year has been different, challenging, and unlike any we’ve known, but we have learned some new things that we can take into the future and continue the evolution of the organisation, making sure we continue to be relevant in the future."
- Our Manager, Meg Martin wrote "I would like to truly thank our member organisations, our incredible staff and volunteers, as well as our funders and stakeholders for being so engaged in the development of our volunteer programmes and volunteerism. I would also like to thank our past, current, and incoming Board members who sit around the table and give their time, expertise and insights to Volunteer Marlborough. We are very fortunate to have such a diverse and passionate group of people who believe in the important work that we do."

I'm desperate to have her back and I'd really appreciate it if you could keep an eye out for her. Her name is Dumpling and she's a tabby. Her tail goes all the way over her back when it's up, she's a bit timid and not very bright, but she's my heart.
Dumpling is 18 months old now, she's microchipped and de-sexed. She has a very round sounding meow. She's a kind of yellow possum-coloured tabby cat with spots on her belly. If you've been feeding a cat that sounds like this, who's been around for the last few weeks, I'd really, really appreciate it if you could get in touch, or catch her and take her to a vet or the SPCA.
If you've had a tabby cat pass away on your property in the central Blenheim area I'd really like to be able to put her body to rest in the garden that she loves so much.
Please help me find her. Thank you.

I am looking for concrete blocks or bricks to make a foundation for water tanks.
8 cinder blocks or something like that would work.

An annual pest control programme carried out in the Maitai and Roding reserves was to close some popular areas during the school holidays, and while it's still going ahead, some areas are only affected intermittently after public pushback.
