Help needed
I need your help. The equivalent of 330 Rugby teams die every year through heart related matters.
Large scale lotteries like the Heart Foundation Lottery are classified as Class 3 Gambling in the Gambling Act 2003 and under the Act, are not allowed to sell tickets using telephone, email or the internet. I have been personally fighting to change this for the last four years.
The government's Public Discussion Document proposes that a change to Class 3 would be considered a minor change to the current law and that Lotteries, like the Heart Foundation and Coastguard, are likely to have a minimal impact on potential gambling harms.
Could you please support this worthy cause
