Another year has passed which must mean it's time for Kaikoura waste-buster Ralph Hogan's annual trip to dispose of his household rubbish.
Ralph and his wife Ali are quite possibly Kaikoura's most committed couple to the town's zero-waste efforts, managing to squeeze their entire year's waste into one bag.
In fact one bag once actually lasted them for 15 months.
