Part time Executive/Personal Assistant Wanted

An opportunity has become available for a self motivated and driven Executive/Personal Assistant to provide support to a busy, award-winning sales duo in our Belfast office.

Key skills and attributes include:
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to use initiative and work proactively
A high level of personal presentation and professionalism
Strong computer skills
Excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines
Previous experience with InDesign and/or Real Estate knowledge is advantageous.

This is a part time position working Monday to Friday 9am - 1pm with an immediate start available. Full training will provided to the successful applicant. Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
