Coop and small feeder in very used condition but still does the job!
1 hen is about 1 year old, the other 2 are close to 3 years old. I think they are all laying but they might stop soon while they moult. They are reasonably friendly but have been free ranging. All three have been recently treated with Avermectin for internal and external parasites, and were vaccinated as chicks against Marek's disease.
I would like them to go to a good home. Only selling due to downsizing our flock before we move.
Pick up Rangiora.

Price: $60

Hi Neighbours

Our littlest people need your help. Poverty doesn’t start at 5, but until now there’s been no nationwide programme to help preschoolers who are hungry and cold.

KidsCan is changing that. They’re delivering raincoats, shoes and five fresh meals a week to 25 early childhood centres. Attendance is up, and the children are happier and more settled.

"Everyone has the same meal so children don't feel like they have less," Manaia View Kindergarten teacher Kathy Belz says. "It's upholding everyone's mana.”

40 more centres are waiting for help. KidsCan, Stuff and Neighbourly have partnered up to raise enough money to support 1000 more children - and we need 400 more generous Kiwis to hold little hands. To support a child, sign up at KidsCan.org.nz

Four-term Waimakariri District councillor Dan Gordon has announced he will run for the mayoralty at this year's local body elections.

The 43-year-old lives in Loburn and is one of four councillors representing the Rangiora-Ashley Ward.

Gordon is the second councillor to throw his hat in the ring after Paul Williams announced he would stand in January.

Williams has spent just one term on the council but said he had politics in his veins — his father was a long-term member of the Kaiapoi Borough Council before the Waimakariri District Council was established in October 1989 as part of the local government reforms. His uncle, cousin and grandfather were all former Kaiapoi mayors.
