What's your experience with pre-fabricated homes?
The Sunday Star-Times is looking into the rise of transportable/ kit-set/ pre fabricated homes. The upsides are build-efficiency, quality of design, and cost. The downsides appear to be land supply, red-tape with council and difficulty getting lending from banks. Fergburger marks 20th birthday with thousands of free hamburgers
The queue has returned to Fergburger as the popular Queenstown restaurant gives away free burgers to mark its 20th birthday.
General manager Steve Bradley said he expected it a record day for the business as thousands of burgers headed out the door –many more than expected.
