Bees love dandelion flowers....

Rod from Hive World Honey

But did you know they are also edible by us.
Every part of the dandelion is edible, from the flower and leaves to the root.
The greens are a good source of Vitamins C, A, and K. They are also full of calcium. Dandelions are rich in potassium, giving them a strong diuretic quality as well as making them an excellent blood detoxifier.
The young petals can be used as a garnish for salads and desserts.
The Roots can be used to make dandelion tea.

Some Choice News!

Kia pai from Sharing the Good Stuff

Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?

Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
