People parked unlawfully in disabled parks - do you say anything?
There's been some comment lately about people who unlawfully use disabled car parks and it got us thinking.
Is this something you see often in Porirua City and would you say something if you saw someone using a park without displaying a permit?

Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
