While looking at women's clothing when a male approached me and complimented me on the shorts I was wearing. He mentioned how much he liked the lace on the bottom and said he needs to do something like that as his shots were too short. He seemed a bit creepy so I pushed past him and I moved to another part of the shop. I quickly noticed he was right behind me, so feeling slightly uncomfortable, I again moved into another aisle. He saw me and turned his back and I could see he had cut his shorts so they looked like a G string. His backside was literally hanging out of is shorts for all the world to see. He continued to follow me around the store, so I approached two girls who worked there and gave them a description of what he looked like, and how his backside was hanging out of his pants etc. Unfortunately he had seen me talking to them and he quickly left the shop. What bothered me the most was, there were several young kids in the shop at the time. He was quite tall, a bit chunky, had somewhat dark skin, bald head and had a blue and white striped t shirt on, and shorts. He sounded quite feminine when he spoke. I have seen him in that same shop before, and that time he was telling me his shorts were too short and he needed to get another pair. That time he had cut up the front of his shorts, and yes, they were VERY short and his crown jewels were very close to being exposed. He obviously has some kind of mental health issues to be behaving like this in public, and it seems he gets some sort of sexual gratification from his behaviour and the publics reaction. Unfortunately I cannot un-see what I saw! And yes, while it sounds funny, I didn't appreciate it. This all took place around 11-1pm last Thursday. I just hope any children in that shop didn't see what I saw. Just thought I should let people know about him and watch out for him in The Hospice Shop.

What you need to know:
- A boat, having fallen off of a vehicle, is blocking all the northbound lanes on SH1 in Auckland, causing a large traffic jam.- According to Waka Kotahi.
- The crash is closing the motorway after the Oteha Valley Rd off-ramp, near Albany.
- Witness Ashley Silveira who was driving in front of the boat, said the traffic was moving at 100kmh at the time. He looked up in his rear view mirror and saw the vehicle that was losing control. The lanes had merged and the trailer started jackknifing, the trailer dis-attached and the ute was whipped around. He said the boat then flew off and went rolling down the motorway.
- Emergency services can be seen on the scene.
Further updates can be found through Waka Kotahi or on the Stuff website.
