Pictured is a selection of scissors brought in for sharpening. These are made from cast steel, not cut from sheet steel—usually resulting in a more rigid, higher-quality tool.
Many people have old scissors like these lying around, and with a bit of reconditioning, they can deliver excellent value and performance once again.
