New Home
Blenheim Community Patrol needs new premises and a small secure storage area inwhich we can secure our car and a small amount of equipment when not in use . Unfortunately we have to vocate our present premises due to the rural fire services needing the space. We are desperate to find a new home and if anyone has any ideas or know of anyone who may be able to help us please contact me on (03) 5780768 & leave a meesage.
Please note we are a voluntary organisation committed to making Marlborough a safer community.
Many thanks,
Graeme W Percy
Festive Farmers' Market Christmas Market
SharpAs Tool Tips
I’ll be at today’s Marlborough Farmers' Market from 3–6pm — a great last chance to get your knives sharpened before a busy Christmas Day.
If you have knives, tools, or other items that need sharpening, come along to the special Farmers’ Market today.
Please note: aside from the statutory days, I’ll still be open.
Cheers,
Ron
Some Choice News!
Many New Zealand gardens aren’t seeing as many monarch butterflies fluttering around their swan plants and flower beds these days — the hungry Asian paper wasp has been taking its toll.
Thanks to people like Alan Baldick, who’s made it his mission to protect the monarch, his neighbours still get to enjoy these beautiful butterflies in their own backyards.
Thinking about planting something to invite more butterflies, bees, and birds into your garden?
Thanks for your mahi, Alan! We hope this brings a smile!
