I have a very affordable, entry level unit on it's own freehold title which I'll be posting this week. I'm expecting high demand from first home buyers and rental investors, so be sure to keep a lookout. This is hot property at offers over $220,000!

I have just found out about this wonderful animal welfare charity huha.org.nz.... They flew from Auckland to go to the Nelson fires and give shelter to 956 animals at a temporary shelter.

HUHA has two shelters in Auckland and they rescue and help many abused, neglected and unwanted animals. It would be great if they could set up in Blenheim as we are so lacking in a good charity here that actually gets in and gets things done to help needy animals.

Good condition unit. Trying to declutter as this is just too big for our wee place. Will consider offers over $100. Very solid and heavy so needs some strong people to move it but possible to lie flat on a large trailer. Will add pictures later.
Price: $130

University of Canterbury researcher Dr Kathleen Liberty says parenting styles account for about 2 to 5 per cent of the variance in childhood post-traumatic stress disorder.
This knowledge should reassure parents who believe their children's trauma and anxiety arises from the stress the Canterbury earthquakes have placed on many families, and remind schools dealing with quake-affected children not to engage in "parent shaming", Liberty says.

What a sight that will be.
