Waiting for A NIGHT AT THAMES MUSEUM
Waiting for A NIGHT AT THAMES MUSEUM?
Thames Museum would like to thank everyone who bought tickets to our winter fundraising event A NIGHT AT THAMES MUSEUM, planned for 15th August. We are unable to hold this event just now, during Covid-19 containment Level 2, as the museum cannot guarantee adequate social distancing during a group event.
We would like to thank everyone for their patience: it is our intention to host this exciting event as soon as our area returns to Level 1, so watch this space…
If you feel you may not be able to attend and would like a refund, please contact Robyn on 021 182 6572. Refunds will be given in exchange for your ticket.

Poll: Are Kiwis allergic to “exuberance”? 🥝
In The Post’s opinion piece on the developments set to open across Aotearoa in 2026, John Coop suggests that, as a nation, we’re “allergic to exuberance.”

Is it time to lean into a more optimistic view of the place we call home? As big projects take shape and new opportunities emerge, perhaps it’s worth asking whether a little more confidence (and enthusiasm!) could do us some good.
