Finally a Ripe Chilli
After a warm winter, hopes were high for a bumper season, especially as I have a whole lot of new varieties. Nature is cruel. The wind has not stopped, and the temperature has been well below what is required, but finally a ripe chilli! This is an Aji Camba from Peru. A lovely plant that sees the |Chillies go from yellow to purple to red when ripe. Don't forget, we are at the Thames Market every first and third Saturday. See you there.
